Jill’s ability to focus and achieve owners’ expectations, as well as her knowledge on rehabs, lease-ups, compliance requirements, marketing strategies, and her ability to connect to residents and staff alike make her a top leader in the industry.

Shelbie Hill serves as President for Herron Property Management. She received her bachelor’s degree from Indiana State University where she found her love for property management. Shelbie has experience with multiple asset types including conventional market rate communities, single family homes, and affordable communities. Shelbie has proven abilities to hire, train, evaluate, and motivate team members. Shelbie is both a problem solver and a developer of talent, and has great strengths in budgeting/financial management, due diligence/acquisitions, and strategic planning for distressed communities. As President of Property Operations, Shelbie is responsible for the oversight of the HPM Companies’ current portfolio. Responsibilities include budgeting, cash-flow analysis, revenue management, contracts and negotiation, acquisitions, and special projects. Shelbie is also a national volunteer with her sorority, Sigma Kappa.

She became a property manager quickly out of college and was promoted to District Property Manager and then to Senior Regional Property Manager of 14 properties and 3,000 units. Amy has over 9 years of experience in market rate communities, Section 8, and public housing. She is diverse in both Yardi and Realpage software and has extensive knowledge in the implementation of both programs. Amy works closely with the CFO to analyze monthly operations and productivity of each asset. She is a CPM candidate, pursuing her broker’s license. She specializes in new development lease ups, budgets, marketing strategies, NOI, and resident retention.

In her personal life, Jessica is a loving grandmother to her handsome grandson, and her family means everything to her. She began her career as a leasing agent in 2001, and was promoted to Property Manager, then District Manager, and currently serves as a Regional Property Manager.. Laura has over 20 years of experience managing lease up, market rate, section 8, and public housing. Laura’s experience has expanded into Indiana, Ohio, and Tennessee. Laura focuses on the solution and not the problem. Laura was also trained has a solution-focused therapist at the Christian Theological Seminary where she learned how to master the art of relationship building and collaboration which has helped in her multi-family industry career. Laura’s ability to analyze budgets, meet financial goals, create and implement operational procedures, resolve conflicts, and set performance objectives with a positive attitude are a few things that make her an asset to our team.

She has been in the multifamily industry for 23 years serving in positions such as Property Manager, Floating Manager, Senior Property Manager, Regional Assistant and District Manager. She holds a (CAM) Certified Apartment Manager through Indiana Apartment Association as well as (ARM®) Residential Property Manager through the Institute of Real Estate Management. Prior to property management Lisa worked as a Real Estate Salesperson and continued to do so in conjunction with property management for 14 years. She enjoys spending time with family and traveling abroad. Her passion for property management, combined with enthusiasm for helping others and providing training, has led to a fulfilling and rewarding career.

Before entering property management, Andrea spent 12 years in store management, where she earned a Certification in Management and developed strong leadership and organizational skills that continue to contribute to her success in the housing industry. Additionally, she is a certified life coach, bringing a unique approach to team development. Known for her passion for service and hands-on leadership style, Andrea is dedicated to making a positive impact both within her team and in the communities she serves.

Her guiding philosophy is, “We do not have problems; we have solutions.” Regina strives to be a leader of people instead of merely a manager. Regina is also a Licensed Minister with the Independent Assemblies of God and holds a Certification in Christian Ministry. She maintains a positive outlook, always seeing the glass as half full. Throughout her career in the multifamily industry, Regina has focused on team building and fostering relationships not only with onsite staff but also with corporate staff and valued vendors, all of which contribute to the positive culture within the company. Her passion and dedication to the industry set her apart, and she proudly states, “I am glad to call Herron home.” Outside of work, Regina cherishes her family, which includes her 11 grandchildren, a husband of 10 years, and Tessa, her 7-year-old German Shepherd.

She started her career in 2011 as a part-time leasing consultant and has worked her way up to a District Manager through hard work and dedication over the past 11 years. Rachel brings great market rate community management experience. Rachel also has great experience in property takeovers and new acquisitions. She enjoys working with her team and cross training, she believes everyone must be ready to be elevated! Fun fact about Rachel is she is an event planner/coordinator and uses her spare time and weekends to host events. She also enjoys spending time with her husband and two boys.

Ginai Lewis-Manning currently serves Herron Property Management as the Director of Compliance. Ginai received her Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Technology from Alabama Agricultural & Mechanical University. She later received her Master’s Degree in Public Administration, graduating from Indiana Wesleyan. Ginai started her real estate experience with a local non-profit in Indianapolis in 2013, where she managed 84 units, mostly affordable housing. Her role later switched to Operations Manager. Ginai has experience with Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) and Home Investment Partnerships (HOME) compliance. She has also been certified as a Housing Development Finance Professional (HDFP) under the National Development Council. Ginai has a passion for real estate development and is happy to be part of the Herron team!
